Homecare Manager - Sandra Ward

Sandra is an efficient, highly motivated, caring practitioner dedicated to providing and supporting the development of quality services that are safe, efficient and patient/client focussed, with over 37 years’ NHS experience. Sandra qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 1984 and since has gained various professional qualifications including BSc (Hons) Community Health Care Nursing (District Nursing), and a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Practice. Sandra contributes to effective teamwork by having a positive, flexible approach and is very dedicated to supporting and leading her team of staff.

Daycare Manager - Megan Bradbury

Megan has always wanted a career that enabled her to help people. After leaving school she gained a degree in Occupational Therapy and during her studies worked as an Activities Coordinator in a local care home. Megan became interested in dementia during her final year placement with the local community mental health team for older people. Megan is particularly interested in activity provision and the positive impact it can have on a person’s well being.

Service Development Manager - Natalie Dobson

Natalie has wanted to support people living with dementia since her lovely Grandad was diagnosed with the condition when she was a teenager. Natalie has a wealth of experience in the independent care sector, as a team leader and then as a deputy manager in a care home. Natalie has completed a diploma in Dementia Studies and her NVQ level 5 in business management. Natalie is passionate about person-centred care and client relationships. In her spare time, Natalie likes to travel with her husband and daughter.

Daycare Supervisor - Jill Hartley

Jill has been working as the daycare supervisor for 4 years and takes her role very seriously. She has created good relationships with clients and their families and enjoys leading her day clubs with fun and stimulating activities. In her spare time, Jill likes to go on holiday to Gran Canaria and spend time with her grandchildren.

Homecare Coordinator - Lee Steel

Lee has worked in the health and social care sector for over 25 years. During his career, he has managed a number of residential homes and has a genuine passion for caring for others. Lee is committed to achieving the best outcomes for his clients. Lee has a keen interest in sport, particularly football, and enjoys using his knowledge and experience of sport to provide reminiscence and discussion for clients that share his interest.
