Amazing team, amazing organisation. Very friendly and engaging. So accommodating. Love the fact that you try and help if we can’t get our loved one there for any reason.
Love the photo’s, the updates, the newsletters and the level of care you supply. My mum particularly loves the walks, café’s, day trips and really gets excited about these events.
To be honest, Its very rare you find a service organisation such as this, which is so well run/organised/caring and in many ways inventive with the activities that you give the customers.
