Our Carers’ Self Support Group Is Here To Help
At The Rainbow Care Group, we understand that caring for a loved one living with dementia can be both rewarding and challenging. That’s why we host a monthly Carers’ Self Support Group, providing a welcoming space where family members and carers can connect with others who understand the realities of caring for someone living with dementia.
Held on the first Tuesday of every month from 7:00pm to 8:00pm, the group offers the opportunity to share experiences, exchange advice, and gain support in a relaxed and friendly environment. Whether you’re looking for practical guidance, emotional support, or simply a chance to chat over a cup of tea, you’ll always receive a warm welcome.

An experienced member of the team is also on hand to offer information about dementia, local support services, and the specialist respite care provided by The Rainbow Care Group.
