ACTIVITIES

Our activities are built around each of our clients and are adapted to suit every individual. It is important for us to get to know all club members so that we are able to tailor activities for each person that attends.
We offer a full and varied range of activities at our Day Clubs.

Activities are an integral part of our daily life and our ability to participate in activities of our choice can have a huge impact on our health and wellbeing. As human beings, our participation in activities is of great importance. Our activities shape our day to day lives, form a part of our daily routines, and make us who we are. We are here to support you in taking part in activities that have interested you in the past, activities that you currently take part in and activities that you may like to try in the future.

At Rainbow Daycare, we understand the importance of independence, dignity and choice. This is why all activities are planned in collaboration with the groups and we encourage all individuals to contribute to the activity planners.

We provide activities that are mentally and physically stimulating, and we promote a healthy lifestyle by including at least one ‘active’ activity at each session.
