Held at The Lillington Club, just 1 mile from the centre of our beautiful, regency spa town. There is plenty of on-site parking and it boasts a bright, colourful space for our activities to take place in a fun and engaging environment. Those who like a game of bowls, pool or darts are well catered for!
There are numerous amenities on our doorstep, such as the fabulous Warwick Castle and Compton Verney estate which will form part of a regular ‘days out programme,’ providing valuable sensory experiences for our clients.
Our Stratford-upon-Avon Club

Situtated in the picturesque village of Tiddington on the outskirts of Stratford-upon-Avon, the Home Guards club is a beautifully appointed building, complete with ample on-site parking, disabled facilities and our very own football pitch and cycling track!
The clubs take place in a newly refurbished room which provides a warm and comfortable setting for a day of purposeful activities.
A stone’s throw away from the historic town of Stratford-upon-Avon, we are well placed to take advantage of the local amenities such as the Royal Shakespeare Company theatre, or perhaps a cup of tea in one of the many tea and coffee shops in town.

Meet our Dementia Care Specialists
Rebecca and Matt
Hi! I’m Rebecca and together with my husband Matt and our two young children, we’re thrilled to bring these special dementia day care clubs to Warwickshire. We have both had successful careers in industry, but visiting and seeing the day clubs in action had such a profound impact on us both that we knew we had to support the mission to change the way dementia care is delivered in the UK.
My family owns and runs a lovely residential care home in the Cotswolds where I also grew up, so I’ve spent my childhood enjoying the company of elderly residents. I know the difference that truly personalised care and time spent listening and getting to know an individual can make to ones’ quality of life.
We are delighted to be a part of a solution that helps everyone at every interaction; club member, carer, families and our team too! We want to help everyone that has received a diagnosis of dementia to live their life to the fullest and to bring joy and support to enable families to stay together at home for longer.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the taster day free?
Totally. We want you to experience the day as if you were a full member. This means places are limited, so please contact us today to reserve a place.
Is it a full day or half day?
The day runs from 10am until 4pm. This is really important to give the carer a full day respite, but also to embed the loved one into the group. The change that takes place when someone gets a full day of stimulation is much faster, so beneficial all round.
Can the carer stay with the loved one?
We don’t advise this, no. This is because it is as important for the carer to get some time off and feel refreshed as it is for the loved one to feel part of the group.
Is there food?
Yes, we provide a healthy, nutritious lunch for all. (Allergies will be discussed prior to a taster day)
Do you give personal care?
We can provide personal care and we will deliver this support in the most respectful and dignified way possible. We provide a thorough assessment where we will be able to offer clarification on everything we can provide as part of our service.
