We will spend time with you and your family and will create an individually tailored support plan that will meet all of your needs.

The Rainbow Care Group also runs an award-winning Dementia Day Care service.
Because of this we are able to offer day packages, including a morning personal care visit, travel and attendance at one of our many dementia day care clubs, travel home and teatime visit, offering a full 8 hours of support.
